SELECTION CRITERIA

Please read the following criteria before contacting us, as it outlines some of the major elements we look for in the firms we deal with:

  • A well-defined, practical company plan that includes predictions for sales, profit and loss, and cash flow.
  • A well-designed product that addresses a well-defined issue.
  • A functional prototype, as well as interest from a major target customer(s).
  • IP that can be defended.
  • A qualified sales pipeline or revenue flow.
  • Within the founding team, there is winning chemistry.
  • A thorough grasp of the relevant market and a distinct competitive advantage.

SELECTION PROCESS

The online application form is required for all companies. The investment committee will then assess your application, and if it is approved, you will be invited to pitch. We’ll want to learn about your business ambitions, the compelling rationale for your product’s existence, how much traction you’ve had so far, and assess your prototype or finished product during the pitch day. The last element of our evaluation process comprises a review of your ads.

This application will take 10 minutes to complete, and you should have the following information on hand before you start:

  • Sales, gross margin, and net profit projections over the next three years.
  • Information about any patents you’ve filed or plan to file.
  • Photographs of your prototype are required.
